Norconsult props up BridgeBuilder Foundation Norway, Inc.

Under the banner of the Philippines Norway Business Council (PNBC), Norconsult Philippines (NMS) recently donated to BridgeBuilder Foundation Norway a living room furniture set composed of a large modularized sofa, center and side tables and others.

Norconsult Phils. President Rodolfo Azanza visited the foundation last month and noticed the lack of facilities for the beneficiary (children and parents) to sit, rest and do their reading sessions and art works. Likewise, Roslyn “Rose” Verendia, the Head Social Worker of BridgeBuilder, affirmed that they do need good areas where parents counseling can be done in a proper setting.

BridgeBuilder’s heart of operations is near Baclaran Chruch in Pasay City, and it had been doing community work specifically towards street children. It is focused on providing opportunities for education and alternative skills-building for out-of-school youths through arts and music (painting, dancing, singing, acting/theatre, etc.).

Norconsult Phils. is a 100% subsidiary of Norconsult AS in Norway, and operates as an engineering and management consulting entity in the country. It is currently involved in transport and hydropower activities and is also working towards some ADB technical assistance projects in the Region.
