PNBC Annual General Members Meeting

Dear members,

It is time once again for our AGM.

As in prior years, our partners at the Norwegian Embassy will soon reach out to our members and invite candidates for Trustee-positions on our Board. We do hope as many of our member-companies as possible will nominate a candidate.

The AGM is important. It is the highest decision-making body of PNBC, and as such it is a must-attend for all members.

The agenda will be similar to our prior AGMs:

1. Establishment of quorum
2. Approval of the invitation to and agenda of the AGM
3. Report from the Board of Trustees for 2023
4. Financial report, including audited FS, for 2023.
5. Note of thanks to Ms. Sonja Blikra and Mr. Toby Goodwood, both of whom are departing for Norway to work there.
6. Nomination and election of Board of Trustees.
7. AOB
8. Closing of AGM.

Following this, we invite all participants to a general discussion on our “Creating MORE Currents” events (CMC). We are, as mentioned, looking ahead to November 2024 already and we would like to engage with a broader selection of our members. The discussion will cover:

1. Possible future topics (with “Loyalty” already being lined up for November),
2. How best to solicit and secure support from a broader range of members,
3. What other things can we do to continue making CMC a must-attend event.

As always, the newly elected Board of Trustees will hold a Board-meeting immediately following the AGM and Members’ Meeting. The agenda for this Board meeting is solely to distribute roles and responsibilities in the newly elected Board, and to advise the members of these once decided.

We look forward to seeing all of you on the 22nd of May, from 12:00-13:30. The newly elected Board will hold its meeting from 13:30-14:00.
