PNBC Annual General Meeting and Reception

Dear members,

It gives Amb. Lyster and I great joy to invite you to the 2025 PNBC AGM and reception. This is the most important meeting in the PNBC calendar where we elect Trustees, decide by-law issues and in general set the tone for the 12 months ahead of us.

This year we are doing it a little differently. The venue will be at the residence of Ambassador Lyster, and it will be an afternoon/evening event.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Establishment of quorum
2. Update on our requested changes to the by-laws
3. Approval of the annual report from the Board of Trustees
4. Approval of the 2024 Financial Statements
5. Approval of Auditors for 2025
6. Election of new Board of Trustees
7. AOB

This will be followed by a pleasant buffet and cocktails, enabling the good conversation that has become our hallmark.

Registration Fee: Php 3,500

As the Embassy needs to inform the security-office of Dasmarinas Village of the event and the attendees, may we request that you confirm your attendance to Vanessa latest by 20-May-2025 (vanessa.torres@shipmoney.com).

Also, as we need to manage the logistics, we are initially requesting that each member-company signs up one representative only, with one more on a short-list. Once we know how many members are confirming attendance, we will do a lucky draw from the short-list until we are at capacity.
