PNBC Visits Jotun
Did you know that most of the world’s tallest buildings are protected by Jotun paints and coatings? We didn’t either.
We learned this on 28-Feb when the Norwegian Ambassador, representatives from the Royal Norwegian Embassy and the PNBC Board of Directors visited the production-facility of one of Norway’s most international companies: Jotun.
Jotun’s General Manager and PNBC Director, Mr. Rohan Shetty, welcomed us to their facility in Batangas. We learned about Jotun’s unwavering commitment to HSE (in case of a fire, their entire facility is filled with foam in less than two minutes). We learned about their drive to increase the local content of their products here. And we learned about their ongoing push into selling paints direct-to-consumer through Jotun-branded stores.
The focus, the execution, the vibrancy of the Jotun-culture and -people (a.k.a. “Penguins”) was obvious for all to see. PNBC is proud to have Jotun as a member.
