PNBC Extends Support to Young Life Foundation

After a couple of visits to Young Life Healthcare and Education Foundation’s House of Dreams in Ibo, Lapu-lapu City, the Board of PNBC has unanimously decided to give a donation of ~Php70,000 to help augment the resources of the NGO, who had been painstakingly taking care of about 35 orphans and abandoned children.

The check was hand-delivered by PNBC Director Rodolfo T. Azanza, Jr., and was happily received by the Administrator of the House of Dreams, Ms. Arlene Cook, who said that the monetary support is very timely as the Foundation is geared up to open its pre-school facility for the children under their care. Young Life had been working with the Department of Education in the past many months for this purpose.

The NGO’s President, Mr. Finn Wattenberg, who is also the man running the Norwegian armoring facility in Cebu called British Armour, expressed hisheartfelt appreciation to PNBC for the support it extended.
