PNBC HOLDS AGM, ELECTS BOARD
In the Annual General Membership (AGM) meeting of the Philippines Norway Business Council (PNBC) held on May 20, 2020 via videoconferencing, the members elected the following Board Directors:
- Carl Martin Faannessen
- Charles Dela Cruz
- Erlend Grimstad
- Jan Andre’ Heggem
- Per Selmer-Olsen
- Rodolfo T. Azanza Jr.
- Torbjorn Elliot Kirkeby-Garstad
- Tore Henriksen
The newly elected Board Directors shall elect among themselves a new set of officers during their 1st organizational meeting for 2020 scheduled on May 27, 2020.
Chairman of the Board and President, Capt. Ivar Thomasli of SMS Global, presented the accomplishments of PNBC in the previous year/term. In the end he announced that he will no longer run for a Board position.
Norwegian Ambassador Bjorn Jahnsen gave a warm message of thanks to Ivar Thomasli for a job well done since he took over the helm of PNBC in 2012.
SGV was again unanimously elected as PNBC’s external auditor for 2020-2021.
